Dry Ribs are made from boneless visual lean Canadian Pork, marinated in a light garlic seasoning, dusted with wheat flour and partially fried for convenience. The result is a highly versatile tender product with a thin crunchy exterior. Perfect for gameday appetizers, a rib platter or a full meal when paired with your favorite sauce and vegetable.
Conventional oven: Preheat to 205°C (400°F). Spread frozen pork pieces in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. For crispier product, bake for 5 to 10 minutes longer.
